Hello. My name is Margo L. Moses. I am the School Nurse at the Jordan Road School.

 

If your child has a fever of 100 or higher, vomiting or diarrhea- please keep them home!
Your child should be fever-free for 24 hours (without medication) before coming back to school. Your child should also stay home for 24 hours after their last episode of vomiting or diarrhea.

    Tips to Help Prevent a Cold
    There is no way to keep away from germs, but to minimize the contact:


    *Hand Washing regularly prevents spread of germs

     

    *Do Not Share cups, cell phones, silverware, towels, make-up, lipstick, toothbrushes

     

    *Avoid Smoking around your child-this damages the sinus lining
